1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received.
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and has all tags intact.
Some items cannot be returned, such as:
- Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Discounted or clearance items
- Digital or downloadable products
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will:
- Approve your refund if the product meets our return conditions
- Process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method
If the item was purchased using Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a bank transfer or mobile wallet refund after verifying your details.
3. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
- If your return is approved, we may refund the return shipping cost in certain cases.
4. Amazon Affiliate Products
Products purchased through Amazon affiliate links follow Amazon’s refund and return policy.

5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them if they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will be handled as returns.
